We’re looking for a Clinical Coordinator who can:
✔ Manage follow-up calls, recalls, and reactivations with empathy and precision
✔ Handle treatment enquiries and guide patients through their next steps
✔ Keep our patient database and communication records accurate and up to date
✔ Liaise with our marketing team and report weekly on enquiries, contacts, and treatment uptake
✔ Support the reception team with front-of-house duties when needed
✔ Keep systems tight, ensuring no patient falls through the cracks

What you’ll bring:

· Experience in a dental, dermal, or healthcare role (preferred)

· Strong communication skills; phone, in-person, and written

· Organisational excellence and a love for ticking tasks off your list

· Confidence working with systems, databases, and reporting
