We’re looking for a HR Coordinator to join us for a 6-month maternity cover, starting late September and with potential for extension. This role will focus on the administrative and recruitment side of our HR function – no strategic partnering required.

What you’ll be doing:

Coordinating recruitment and onboarding processes across our venues

Managing HR administration, employee records, and compliance

Supporting minor employee relations matters

Assisting with payroll processing and ensuring accurate timesheets

Acting as first point of contact for HR-related queries

What we’re looking for:

Generalist HR experience - this role is great for an HR Coordinator, or a HR Manager wanting a flexible part-time role

Confidence in working with operational teams such as venue managers and head chefs

Familiarity with payroll systems (we use TANDA) and the Hospitality Industry (General) Award 2020 preferred

The details:

3–4 days per week (flexible)

Based in Perth CBD Head Office with occasional visits to our venues, including one down south in Busselton

6-month fixed-term contract with potential to extend
