Are you People -Person with the passion for helping others? SmileNshine Pty Ltd is seeking an enthusiastic and skilled Dental receptionist / Treatment coordinator to join our team in Mandurah, WA.

What you'll be doing

Providing exceptional patient care by greeting patients, managing scheduling, and guiding them through the dental experience

Maintaining accurate patient records and updating treatment plans in the electronic system

Explaining treatment plans and financial options to patients in clear caring manner

Liaise with the dentist and patients and coordinate appointments

Following up with Patients to ensure their care needs are met

Demonstrating strong infection control practices and following all health and safety protocols

What we're looking for

Previous experience as a Dental treatment coordinator / receptionist/ similar role in Dental industry

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to provide a positive patient experience

Ability to work collaboratively as part of a tight-knit team

Good knowledge of D4W or similar dental software
