Key Responsibilities:
Be the trusted point of contact for a portfolio of valued clients
Proactively identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities
Collaborate with external sales teams to deliver seamless service
Prepare quotes, process orders, and follow up on enquiries
Maintain accurate records in CRM systems
Resolve customer issues with professionalism and care
About You:
Proven experience in account management or customer service
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
Tech-savvy with CRM and Microsoft Office proficiency
Unrestricted rights to work in Australia and a current driver’s licence
A proactive, positive attitude and a team-first mindset.
