Skills required:

Minimum 10+ yrs. Dental clinical experience

Highly desirable dental assisting proficiency

Previous dental reception/admin experience preferred

Personal attributes:

Excellent verbal and computer skills

Professional characteristics, reliable and high standards of patient care

Self-motivated, talent for adaptability & must be a multitasker

Willingness to learn & expand your knowledge base

Work well in a team and fast-paced environment

Strong organisational skills and time management

Responsibilities:

Oversee Parramatta / Illawarra Clinical Hub

Daily use of Praktika dental software

Front-office / customer service duties

Reporting of team success on weekly basis

Ensure smooth day-to-day operations of the clinic, including adherence to SOP, health regulations and industry standards

Stock control, with regular ordering while maintaining exceptional service quality

Supervise clinical staffing needs, and scheduling, to optimise team performance

Patient Relations: patient overall needs, enquiries and concerns, ensuring a high level of satisfaction and addressing any issues promptly
