About the Role:
This isn’t just your typical Construction Site Supervisor position it’s a leadership role in a residential construction project that’s part of a transformational period for the company. You’ll be overseeing residential projects across the Perth metro area, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise day-to-day operations on residential construction sites across the Perth metro area, ensuring safety, quality, and project milestones are met.

Coordinate trades, subcontractors, and on-site personnel to ensure workflow is optimised.

Enforce safety procedures in line with WHS regulations to create a safe and compliant work environment.

Manage material, equipment, and resource monitoring to minimise delays and waste.

Collaborate with Project Managers to ensure alignment on timelines and project delivery.

Conduct regular site inspections, tracking progress, issues, and risks, and promptly resolving problems to minimise disruptions.

Ensure all work complies with design specifications, quality standards, and environmental protocols.

About You:

You are a dynamic leader with a strong background in residential construction supervision. You are comfortable working on the ground, leading by example, and driving results through both your leadership and your understanding of safety and compliance.

To be considered, you’ll need:

Proven experience in supervising residential construction sites in the Perth metro area.

Strong knowledge of WHS regulations and safe work practices.

Excellent leadership skills and a track record of leading teams effectively in fast-paced environments.

Experience coordinating subcontractors and ensuring efficient on-site operations.

Qualification: Certificate IV in Construction, Site Supervision, or equivalent (or higher).

Additional value-adds: Construction management experience, First Aid/White Card, EWP ticket, or trade background.
