A modern-day feast hall inspired by Norse mythology, fire, and forged steel — it’s part of the award-winning Speakeasy Group, alongside legendary venues like Eau de Vie, Nick & Nora’s, and Pearl Diver. We now seek a fearless and skilled Bar Manager to take up the mantle and lead our bar into glorious service.

YOUR QUEST:

· Command the bar with confidence, keeping service fast, smooth, and always legendary

· Lead and inspire a loyal crew of bartenders and floor staff

· Keep the mead flowing and the spirits high — both in the bottles and in the room

· Manage inventory and stock like a true steward of the hall

· Maintain the highest standards of presentation, cleanliness, and guest experience

· Work with the kitchen and leadership to craft experiences worthy of Valhalla

· Create and evolve a beverage program full of story, flavour, and thunder

YOU MUST BRING:

· Bar or tavern management experience in a fast-paced, high-quality venue

· A calm head in chaos, and sharp instincts in the fire of service

· Strong leadership, communication, and mentoring skills

· A deep passion for drinks, people, and hospitality

· Bonus: Love of Norse mythology, storytelling, or themed venues
