About the role

As the Cafe Manager at Curly's on the Corner, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of this popular cafe in North Curl Curl, NSW. This is a full-time role and is crucial to ensuring the smooth running of the business and providing an exceptional customer experience.

Duties

Managing front of house cafe operations, including inventory management, staff scheduling, and customer service

Overseeing the preparation and presentation of high-quality food and beverages

Ensuring compliance with relevant health and safety regulations

Driving sales and profitability through effective marketing and promotion of the cafe

Fostering a positive and productive work environment for the cafe team

Handling customer complaints and feedback in a professional and timely manner

Collaborating with the team and ownership to implement strategic initiatives and drive business growth

What we're looking for

Significant experience in a cafe or hospitality role, preferably in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment

Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service

Proficiency in ordering and staff scheduling

Knowledge of food safety and workplace health and safety regulations
