About the role

Next Civil Construction is seeking experienced Leading Hand Concreters, Concreters, Allrounders and Skilled Labourers to join our team in Dalby, Queensland. This is a full-time opportunity to contribute to the success of our growing construction business.

What you'll be doing

Assist in the coordination and supervision of concreting works on construction sites

Perform skilled concreting tasks such as Formwork, pouring, and finishing concrete slabs and structures.

Must have experience in Civil and or TMR projects.

Operate a variety of tools and equipment required for concreting work

Work safely and efficiently as part of a team to deliver high-quality concrete solutions

Contribute to the overall productivity and success of construction projects

What we're looking for

Significant experience in concreting and construction, with demonstrated skills in leading a team

Hardworking, Reliable enjoy 11-12hr days, and must be able work away from home.

Ability to read and interpret construction plans and specifications

Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality and safety

Good communication and problem-solving skills

Relevant certifications and licences (e.g. Concrete Finisher, Formwork Erector, Scaffolder)
