The Opportunity
We’re seeking a proactive, people-focused Human Resources (HR) Advisor to join our People & Culture function. In this generalist HR role, you’ll play a key part in shaping the end-to-end employee journey, from recruitment to engagement, performance and beyond. Reporting directly to the COO, you’ll drive initiatives that support a thriving workplace culture, embed people-first practices, and position the business as an employer of choice.
Key Responsibilities
Coach managers and provide day-to-day HR advice across departments
Coordinate recruitment, onboarding, and employee lifecycle activities
Support training programs, performance conversations, and ER matters
Lead engagement initiatives and support wellbeing programs
Manage HR data, reporting, and documentation
Contribute to policy reviews, systems improvements, and leadership development
Use tools to manage HR tasks and track progress
About You
2–3 years in a generalist HR/People & Culture role
Tertiary qualification in HR or related field is desirable
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Solid understanding of Australian employment legislation
Highly organised, with attention to detail and a genuine care for people
Confident working with stakeholders across multiple areas of the business
