As HR Coordinator, you will be at the heart and foundation of our office, driving a positive employee experience while supporting participant onboarding. This dynamic role requires resilience, empathy, and proactivity, with the ability to balance day-to-day HR responsibilities with longer-term people and culture strategies.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and support all aspects of the employee lifecycle, from recruitment to retention

Oversee compliance and staff training requirements

Support rostering and workforce planning needs

Play a key role in participant onboarding, workplace culture initiatives and workforce Coordination

Provide guidance on HR policy, legislation, and best practice

About You

Experience in HR administration within NDIS or community services (preferred)

Confident and Familiar with Microsoft Office

Knowledge of the SCHADS Award and rostering highly regarded

Tech-savvy and adaptable, with an interest in supporting communication through social media and website platforms.
