The role

We are seeking an experienced Building Maintenance & Handyman to join our growing team in Sydney. This is a full-time position, responsible for providing high-quality maintenance and repair services to residential and commercial properties across the city.

What you'll be doing

Performing a wide range of general building maintenance and repair.

leak detection

Responding to and resolving maintenance requests in a timely and professional manner

Conducting regular inspections of properties to identify and address any issues.

Ensuring all work is carried out in compliance with relevant building codes and safety regulations

Providing excellent customer service to building owners, tenants, and strata management

What we're looking for

Several years of experience in a building maintenance or handyman role,

skills across a range of trades, including carpentry, window and door repairs, plasterboard, painting, general all round handyman skills.

Ability to work independently, or with a team with a proactive and problem-solving mindset

Excellent communication and customer service skill.

A valid driver's licence and access to a reliable vehicle
