About the role

Join the team at FCF Maintenance as a Handyman, working full-time from our Guildford warehouse. In this role, you will be responsible for providing a wide range of general handyman and maintenance services to our client base across the city.

What you'll be doing

Performing routine maintenance and repairs on houses, apartments and schools

Responding to service requests and addressing issues in a timely manner

Completing general handyman tasks such as plastering, painting, and carpentry work

Maintaining accurate records of work completed and ordering necessary supplies

Adhering to all health and safety policies and procedures

What we're looking for

Several years of experience as a Handyman or in a similar maintenance role

Strong practical skills in areas such as plastering, painting, carpentry, and general building maintenance

Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities

Good communication skills and the ability to liaise with clients

A keen eye for detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work

A current driver's license and your own reliable ute or van and tools
