We are a small, trusted provider of remedial building services, specialising in waterproofing, concrete repairs, and general building repairs. As our portfolio of projects continues to expand, we’re looking for a dependable skilled labourer to become part of our growing team.

You’ll be working across strata, residential, and commercial sites throughout Sydney.
This is a hands-on role where attention to detail, pride in workmanship, and a strong commitment to safety are essential and non-negotiable.

On-the-job training will be provided, offering a pathway to become a qualified Waterproofing Technician

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in remedial building works including concrete repair, crack injection, and building repairs

Perform waterproofing tasks including membrane application, joint sealing, and surface preparation.

Operate hand, battery and power tools safely and efficiently

Maintain clean and safe work sites

Work collaboratively with tradespeople and site supervisors

Follow safety protocols and company procedures

Requirements:

Experience in remedial building, waterproofing or related trades (preferable but not essential)

White Card (Construction Induction)

Follow materials TDS requirements (Technical Data Sheets)

Ability to work autonomously and manage time effectively

Strong attention to detail and someone who takes pride in their work

Physically fit and able to work in various conditions

Reliable, punctual, and hardworking

Own transport and tools (preferred but not essential)
