Key responsibilities would include:

Carrying out general repairs and maintenance work

Preforming carpentry works including replacing doors and fixing hardware.

Preforming basic plumbing and electrical works such as replacing taps and lightbulbs.

Preforming minor painting and plaster repairs.

Assist and work in conjunction with other trades.

Diagnosing and resolving maintenance issues quickly and efficiently.

Liaising with occupants including tenants and owners.

Effective communication via managers and systems to record work carried out.

Key requirements:

Preferable to be a qualified trade

Display a good knowledge of building aspects

Relevant history in repairs and maintenance works

High attention to detail

Ability to work independently and with teams.

A positive and driven personality

Have a current driver licence.
