Milde Marine Pty Ltd is a wholesale supplier to the Leisure Marine Industry in Australia. Join 20 staff in Adelaide and 50 Australia wide as a part of the RWB Marine Group.

We are actively seeking an Internal Sales team member to join the Milde Marine Team in Klemzig SA.

About the role:

Servicing a large customer base and situated at our Klemzig office, the primary objective of this role is to process and administer sales orders, provide technical support on our product range and ensure our customers receive the highest level of support and care.

Reporting to the General Manager your key responsibilities will include:

Internal sales to an existing customer base, no cold calling

Solve customers technical queries

Data entry of customer sales orders

Problem solving customer issues and problems

Coordination with the warehouse to ensure orders are supplied as required

Attending to customer phone calls and queries

About you:
Along with your positive attitude and natural interpersonal skills, you will be able to demonstrate the following key characteristics:

Excellent phone manner with highly developed written and verbal communication skills

Strong history in the Leisure marine industry, preferably with trailer boats.

Intermediate computer skills with the ability to learn new systems

Ability work in a busy office with many priorities
