Senior Sales Professional Required

Solomons Flooring, a leading name in the flooring and blind industry, is seeking an enthusiastic and driven Retail Sales Consultant to join their team in Gepps Cross, SA. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and expert product knowledge to help customers find the perfect flooring and window treatment solutions for their homes.

Key Responsibilities

Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored product recommendations

Demonstrate flooring and blind samples to customers and assist with colour and style selection

Prepare detailed quotations and manage customer orders from start to finish

Maintain an outstanding in-store experience and ensure the showroom is well-presented

Support the broader sales team by contributing to the achievement of store targets

Participate in product training to stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and innovations

work in retail store on weekends and be flexible to run in home after hours appointments.

What We're Looking For

Previous experience in a sales or customer service role, ideally within the home improvement or retail industry

Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build rapport with customers

Excellent product knowledge or a keen interest in learning about flooring, blinds and window treatments

Positive, can-do attitude and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service

Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team to contribute to the overall sales success of the store
