The Opportunity

We are seeking a friendly, energetic and organised Sales Associate to join a leading property developer. You will be the first point of contact for visitors to the showrooms and provide a warm welcome, assist with enquiries, and qualify warm leads for the sales team.

This role is a fantastic opportunity for someone who loves connecting with people, is eager to learn, and wants to build a career in the property sector.

What You Will Be Doing

• Supporting and working with experienced sales consultants.
• Greeting and assisting visitors at the showrooms.
• Following up and qualifying of leads.
• Book showroom appointments with warm leads.
• Ensuring the showroom is presented neatly and professionally.
• Providing brochures, information, and a positive client experience.
• Shadowing sales consultants to learn the sales process and gain valuable industry experience.

What We Are Looking For

• Someone friendly, bubbly, and approachable with a can-do attitude.
• Confident speaking with people in person and over the phone.
• Organised and reliable, with strong attention to detail.
• Comfortable using CRM systems (training provided).
• Previous experience in customer service is highly regarded.
