Hubfleet is a fast-growing Australian SaaS business revolutionising the heavy vehicle transport industry. Our software helps transport operators comply with national regulations and improve operational efficiency. We are a founder-led company experiencing a period of explosive growth, and we're now looking for our first dedicated SaaS Sales Specialist to professionalise and scale our sales-assisted channel.

This isn't a traditional sales role. You are a builder and a closer. You will own the entire sales process, from initial inquiry to a converted customer. Your primary focus will be to leverage our powerful inbound sales flywheel: our software generates a continuous flow of high-quality leads from drivers, giving you warm introductions to their companies. You will build a repeatable sales process, manage the pipeline, and ultimately help us continue our rapid growth trajectory.

Key Responsibilities

Pipeline Ownership: Manage and grow the entire sales pipeline for our larger, high-value customers.

Discovery & Demos: Run engaging product demonstrations and perform in-depth discovery calls to deeply understand the specific needs and pain points of transport businesses.

Sales Playbook: Formalise our sales process by building a repeatable playbook that outlines everything from messaging and objection handling to follow-up sequences.

Follow-Up & Close: Drive conversions by managing consistent and effective communication with prospective clients and closing deals.

CRM Management: Be proficient in managing the sales process and customer data within our CRM, and help optimise its use as we scale.

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with the Founder and our new Customer Success Lead to ensure a seamless and world-class experience for every new client.
