About the Role
We’re seeking a driven and proactive Business Development Specialist to help grow our SDA presence across Victoria and Tasmania. Reporting to the National Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for filling vacancies, building partnerships, and identifying new business opportunities. This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys connecting with people, driving growth, and representing a values-driven organisation in the community.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and engage with potential clients, partners, and stakeholders including NDIS participants, families, support coordinators, allied health, hospital clinicians and support providers.

Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with stakeholders to ensure satisfaction and loyalty

Represent SDA Living Australia at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities

Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and risks in the SDA/NDIS sector

Record and manage client information, proposals, and opportunities in our CRM

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction

Plan, coordinate, and deliver events that drive awareness and growth

About You

Proven experience in business development, sales, or stakeholder engagement (NDIS/SDA experience highly desirable)

Confident communicator with strong presentation skills

Self-motivated and able to work independently while meeting targets

Strategic thinker with the ability to identify and act on opportunities

Familiarity with the NDIS and disability services landscape in Victoria/Tasmania

Tertiary qualifications in business, marketing, or a related field preferred
