WorkPac are seeking an experienced Customer Service Officer with Sales experience for a local company in Bayswater, VIC.

About Our Client

Our client is the original supplier of steel reinforcement to the Australian construction industry.

What You Will Be Doing

Provide customer service and assistance in developing and marketing a dynamic range of steel reinforcing solutions for building, construction, mining, rural and industrial applications.

Manage the customer experience from quoting through to delivery with a high attention to detail and level of professionalism that will generate repeat and ongoing business.

Coordinate transport requirements with relevant stakeholders to ensure efficiencies are met and delivery occurs on time and in full every time.

Manage the internal sales database with accurate information entered and maintained in a timely manner.

Manage the accounts process to allow for first class reporting

Align with Sales, Scheduling and Production Planning to help manage demand whilst maintaining customer relationships

What You Will Need

Previous Sales experience

Previous Customer Service experience

Computer literacy and software skills to complete required tasks

Demonstrated communication and negotiation skills

Demonstrated planning and organisational skills.

Strong reasoning and decision making skills

Demonstrated ability to cope with ever changing customer requirements.
