The Role
As Project Manager, you’ll be responsible for the planning, programming, and delivery of civil and earthworks packages on major developments.

You’ll lead site teams and engineers, drive productivity, and ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to the highest standards.

Key responsibilities include:

• End-to-end planning, and delivery of civil projects, including basement excavations, retaining structures, piling, and shoring systems
• Monitoring progress, managing budgets, and ensuring compliance with safety and environmental standards
• Preparing and managing project documentation
• Communication with delivery teams, subcontractors, stakeholders, and clients
• Supporting procurement and site deliveries, and coordinating 3rd parties.

About You:

• Exposure to civil works such as concrete structures, retaining walls, ground stabilisation, anchoring, utilities, and pavements (well regarded)

• Degree in Civil Engineering
• Proven track record in Project Management within civil contracting
• Experience in bulk earthworks, basement excavation, shoring, and piling (essential)
• Strong technical knowledge, problem-solving ability, and attention to detail
• Excellent communication, leadership, and organisational skills
