Business Development manager

Salary: $120,000 + Profit Sharing Program
Location: Perth Based – includes travel across the countryside

We’re looking for a motivated and ambitious Business Development Representative to join our team and help us expand our reach across Australia and into the Mining industry.

What you’ll be doing:

Identifying and developing new business opportunities across regional and metro markets

Building strong relationships with clients and stakeholders

Representing our business at meetings, events, and industry gatherings

Collaborating with the wider team to deliver outstanding client experiences

Driving growth through a mix of prospecting, networking, and account management

What we’re looking for:

Proven experience in business development, sales, or client-facing roles

Strong communication and relationship-building skills

A self-starter with the drive to achieve and exceed targets

Willingness to travel and represent the business confidently on the road

A problem-solver with a positive, team-first mindset
