La Condesa brings vibrant Mexican cuisine and laid-back SoCal style to the heart of Subiaco. As we continue to grow and thrive, we’re on the hunt for a passionate and experienced Venue Manager to lead the charge and keep the good times rolling.

We’re looking for a hospitality gun with a love for great service, a talent for leadership, and the ability to run a tight ship without losing the party vibe. If you're someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and knows how to keep both guests and team members smiling, this is your moment.

What You’ll Do:

Oversee all day-to-day operations of the venue

Lead, coach, and inspire the Front of House and Back of House teams

Drive exceptional guest experiences every single time

Manage rosters, inventory, and venue performance targets

Recruit, train, and develop hospitality legends

Handle customer feedback with professionalism and heart

Work closely with the Lavish Habits team to bring the brand to life

What We’re Looking For:

A seasoned hospitality professional with leadership experience

Proven ability to manage a high-volume venue

Solid knowledge of food, cocktails, wine, and tequila (obviously)

A cool, calm, and collected leader with high energy and great vibes

Someone who takes pride in presentation, people, and performance
