Venue Manager – Daisies Cottesloe
Immediate Start | Reports to General Manager

Daisies is one of Perth’s most loved cafés, and we’re looking for a passionate and experienced Venue Manager to take the reins at our busy Cottesloe venue. This is an exciting opportunity to step into a leadership role at a local icon with a loyal following.

What you’ll be doing:

Leading and supporting the front and back-of-house teams day-to-day

Driving excellent customer service and maintaining high standards across the venue

Managing rosters, stock control, supplier relationships, and ordering systems

Overseeing daily operations and ensuring smooth service flow

Working closely with and reporting directly to the General Manager of The Pantry Group

We’re looking for someone who:

Has proven hospitality management experience (café/restaurant background ideal)

Is proactive, organised, and thrives in a fast-paced environment

Has strong leadership skills and a genuine passion for building positive team culture

Loves great coffee, fresh food, and connecting with the community

Is available for an immediate start
