What You’ll Do:

Work with the Owners to establish and deliver a comprehensive pre-opening strategy

Connect with local patrons, suppliers, and community leaders to embed the venue within the social fabric of the area

People Management:

Build and lead a passionate, high-performing team dedicated to delivering exceptional hospitality experiences

Inspire your team with vision, warmth, and professionalism

On the operational front you will be responsible for:

Opening and closing

Cash handling

Managing rosters and controlling costs

Creating and Updating beverage menus

Serving customers

Checking and organising bookings

Maintaining and cleaning and tidy venue

What You Bring:

Proven leadership success managing premium, bar and dining venues

A natural ability to connect with guests and motivate teams

Deep pride in creating consistent, beautiful experiences

Leadership presence, creativity, and strategic thinking
