The Local Hotel in south fremantle is looking for a chef to join our team with 5+ years experience. We are open 7 days a week from 11am till late.

We are looking for someone with experience in these areas:

cooking on a chargrill and commercial stove top

basic prep skills

good communication skills

Food handlers certificate

Service and following dockets

We are happy to provide training for the right candidate with the right attitude but experience is beneficial.

Must be available at least 1 weekend day but the option to work both days on the weekend if you would like too.
