Location: La Capannina, Scarborough

Type: Casual Contract with the potential for more than 30 hours per week. Opportunity to transition into a Full-Time Salaried position, depending on performance and experience.

Prepare and cook delicious Mediterrenean dishes following our recipes and guidelines.

Run your section with care and precision.

Collaborate with the culinary team to create seasonal menus and daily specials.

Ensure food quality, presentation, and consistency meet our high standards.

Comply with health and safety regulations and maintain a clean kitchen environment

Qualifications:

Proven experience as a chef de partie

Strong culinary skills

Experience working on larde, pans and grill

Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.

Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations.

Passion for Mediterrenean cuisine and a commitment to quality.
