We are looking to add passionate, service-focused Chefs to our The Royal team, working across our pub, Fleur restaurant and Willi's Pizza Bar.

The Royal Hotel is situated in the heart of Perth's CBD, and is the flagship venue of locally owned and operated Parker Group (www.parkergroup.au).

About the role

Junior or Senior CDPs. Plenty of hours available across 3 venues in one site. We will consider a permanent full-time contract for the right candidate. Reporting to the Head Chef Logan Place and our Head of Culinary Brendan Pratt, you will ensure high standards in our food offering and service.

What you possess:

A huge passion for incredible food, customer experience and team collaboration;

A minimum of 2 years experience in a CDP role at a comparable venue;

Ability to work under pressure, take the initiative, and handle challenging situations rationally;

Chef qualifications will be well-regarded. Must have Food Safety Certificate and Australian working rights.
