Casual Sales Representative – Outbound Support (Energy)
Location: Perth (On-site)
Hours: 30 hours per week, rotating roster

Are you a confident communicator with a passion for delivering great customer experiences? We’re looking for a motivated Casual Support Representative to join our Perth team, providing outbound support calls within the energy sector.

What you’ll be doing:

Making outbound support calls to customers to assist with energy product enquiries and solutions

Building rapport with customers to identify their needs and provide tailored guidance

Working closely with the Centre Manager to meet weekly targets and KPIs

Maintaining accurate call records and following compliance requirements

What we’re looking for:

Excellent verbal communication skills and a friendly, professional phone manner

Sales, call centre, or customer service experience (energy sector experience a plus, but not required)

Self-motivated with the ability to work effectively in a team

Flexibility to work on a rotating roster, 30 hours per week on-site in Perth
