UnisonCG is a Commercial Builder specialising in Fit Out, Refurbishment and Construction projects up to $10M.

Building on our combined group's more than 25 years running in the Melbourne Market, we're a young company, coming up on 6 years, that's growing it's project portfolio and is looking for motivated construction professionals to help support that growth.

The Opportunity

As a result of a developing workload and upcoming opportunities UnisonCG is looking to expand its team with this new role. UnisonCG currently has a project workbook to mid 2026.

We are looking for individuals who are looking to commit, and contribute, to the improvement of our delivery in the long-term.

Reporting directly to the Managing Director, this role is a key appointment to support the current growth being experienced. The ability to demonstrate skills and work in a supported and collaborative environment are opportunities to be acknowledged.

Duties:

Working with and reporting to the MD and other staff

Providing Project Manager support

Providing Contract Administration support

Assisting with Tendering and Estimating

Assisting with Documentation preparation and document control

Assisting with Development and implementation of internal systems

Supporting Site Staff

Attending Client Meetings

Will receive mentoring and be offered career development within company

The salary will be in line with the successful candidate’s level of experience.

About You

To be considered for the role you need to demonstrate the following:

Quick thinker and effective problem solver able to deliver tasks on-time and on-budget

Some knowledge of construction documentation, methodologies and materials

Excellent time management and communication skills

Ability to work under pressure and as part of a cohesive team

Tasks delivered to a high standard of client satisfaction and quality

Desire to get experience across the full range of construction project delivery roles. From assisting with estimating & tendering through to contract administration, project management and site coordination.

Formal qualification and at least 2 years’ experience in a similar role in the construction industry preferred

Experience with JOBPAC preferred
