Pinnacle Building Surveying is a professional Building Surveying firm providing specialist building permit services covering domestic residential building regulation and control. We provide a high quality of service to our clients. Our company delivers statutory building surveying services for Class 1 and Class 10 building classifications. We focus on architecturally design projects and high end residential alterations and additions. Located a short walk from Chadstone shopping center.

DUTIES

Reviewing building permit applications to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements across all building classes.

Attending both mandatory and non-mandatory inspections in collaboration with registered practitioners.

Overseeing the management of building permit applications, including coordination with clients, consultants, local councils, reporting authorities, and participation in consultant meetings.

Offering technical guidance and support to clients as needed.
