About the role

The perfect step up from leasing, you will work under a team of experienced property managers and assist with the overflow of their portfolios. This Monday – Friday role will see you further learn the ropes of real estate so you can progress to run your own portfolio.

• Conduct ingoing, outgoing & routine inspections
• Prepare and issue detailed inspection reports
• Manage repairs & maintenance requests
• Support PMs with emails and portfolio coverage
• Learn rent reviews, lease renewals, NCAT & claims

Experience required

• Experience with leasing and inspections
• A valid drivers license and reliable car
• A Certificate of Registration or Real Estate License
• Confident communication skills
• Highly organised and customer service focused
