About the role:

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Cafe Manager to lead our team and ensure smooth day-to-day operations. This role involves overseeing staff management and rostering, developing and implementing systems and processes to drive efficiency, and coordinating engaging pop-ups and events that reflect our brand and community.

About You:

The ideal candidate will have strong leadership and organizational skills, a passion for hospitality, and the ability to balance operational excellence with creativity to deliver a variety of fun and engaging pop-ups and events

Experience with rostering

Experience with events (helpful but not compulsory)

Experience managing a team
