This is a deeply technical role where you'll design, build, and ship features at pace, all while collaborating with talented developers, designers, and product managers across the globe. your work will directly impact millions of fans worldwide.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop new features using NextJS, React, REST, and GraphQL
• Contribute to architecture and service-driven development, building scalable microservices with Go, Node, Kafka
• Modernise legacy systems (Rails → Node.js / Next.js) with high-performing replacements
• Champion observability, testing, and performance best practices across engineering teams
• Pair program, mentor, and support other developers
• Collaborate with PMs and Designers to deliver elegant, user-centric solutions
• Participate in Relentless Improvement Days to innovate, learn, and grow

Essential Knowledge, Skills, and Experience

• 5+ years in software engineering, ideally across full-stack environments
• Experience in NextJS, Node, TypeScript, GraphQL, Go, or Kafka (not all required, but strong modern stack experience essential)
• Strong knowledge of scalable architectures and distributed systems
• Proficiency with CI/CD pipelines, Docker, Kubernetes
• Pioneering mindset with the ability to work autonomously and collaboratively
