We’re looking for someone with a foundational understanding of Australian accounting practices, perhaps from a prior role in administration, bookkeeping, or client services, who is eager to step into the world of SaaS and client enablement. If you’re a confident communicator, enjoy helping others succeed, and want to work with cutting-edge AI tools, this role offers the perfect next step.

Kloud Connect is a purpose-built practice management platform designed for modern Australian accounting firms. We help streamline workflow, billing, document management, and client collaboration, all in the cloud. We’re growing fast and building a team of client-focused, tech-savvy professionals who want to make a difference in the way accountants work.

As our Training and Content Co-Ordinator, you’ll be responsible for delivering engaging training experiences, creating high-quality support content, and helping our clients get the most out of Kloud Connect.

Partnering with the Client Success Manager, you’ll work to deliver highly engaging user content, promoting system features and benefits and driving optimal user engagement.

This is more than just a training role; it’s a career pivot opportunity. You’ll join a supportive, forward-thinking team where your voice matters, your growth is encouraged, and you’ll be on the front line of helping accounting firms succeed in a digital world.

Key Responsibilities

Write and update help articles, quick-start guides, release notes, and internal documentation.

Use AI-powered tools to streamline the creation and delivery of content.

Maintain a clear, consistent voice in all documentation that reflects our brand’s tone and simplifies complex information.

Facilitate onboarding sessions and webinars for new clients, as required. Tailored to different user roles within accounting practices.

Record training videos and walkthroughs to support ongoing learning and self-service

Provide level 1 technical and troubleshooting support, as required.

Present confidently to groups (virtually and in person) to drive engagement and build client confidence.

Work cross-functionally with the Sales, Implementation, and Support teams to produce fit for purpose content and fill knowledge gaps.

Participate in team meetings and product release reviews to stay current on new features and changes
