This newly created position creates an exciting opportunity for someone to manage the full life cycle of client relationships within the property management division. The role will ensure a seamless experience for property owners from initial introduction to handover of the property by the builder, through to ongoing management. Acting as the primary point of contact and support, you will play a pivotal role in facilitating communication between builders, clients and property managers.
Reporting to the Principal, key responsibilities include:
Managing client relationships from introduction to property handover
Creating property management agreements
Co-ordinating handovers from builders, ensuring all document and property details are accurately captured
Client introductions and onboarding
Travel to various locations for property handovers and client meetings
Efficiently address and resolve owner queries and complaints
Maintain detailed records of client interactions and property status updates
Monitor and report on client satisfaction and feedback to improve service delivery
Ensure compliance with relevant legislation, policies and procedures throughout client journey.
Our ideal applicant will have experience in property management with a current property management registration. Your valid drivers license and reliable vehicle are essential (car allowance provided). You will be required to travel up to 2 hours (each way) for client meetings and property handovers.
We need someone with strong communication skills, excellent time management and an ability to handle sensitive information with professionalism. Your ability to work independently with minimal/no supervision is essential.
