We’re a small, growing pool and spa construction company looking for a reliable, hard-working team member to join our crew.

If you’ve got some experience in construction or pools, enjoy physical work, and want consistent work with a good team, this could be a great fit.

Day-to-day you’ll be helping with:

Pool plumbing and steel fixing

General labouring – digging, trenching, site clean-up

Learn to use an excavator

Setting out sites and helping with excavation/concrete works

Using tools and equipment safely

Installing pool gear and automated systems

Pool water testing/servicing

Cleaning and finishing new pools

Keeping site progress logged on an app/device

What we need from you:

A current Victorian driver’s licence and your own transport to our Northcote warehouse

Someone reliable, punctual and honest

Happy to travel to Geelong region from time to time

Happy to do physical, outdoor work

Willing to listen, learn and work as part of a team

Pool or construction experience is a bonus, but not essential
