Must be self motivated, have construction knowledge / understand building job site plans & work safely and competently to timelines.

Job Description

General Fencing Labourer- Digging Holes, Helping Install / Erect all Types of Fencing, Fencing Pull-downs & Removal, Help with concrete pours, Job Site Rubbish cleanups etc

Tip Runs, Supplier Material pickups, Job Site Deliveries

Able to Work Alone / unsupervised or within a team environment,

Must have positive communication skills, problem solving abilities.

Be Prepared to Work all over Melbourne

Ability to Drive HR / MR / Trucks a bonus - Company Owned Vehicles ( If Candidate has license)

Must have great communication skills & ability to proactively build relationships with Customers / Building Job Site Supervisors & Employees

Able to handle OHS operational paperwork & work with a safety first attitude to ensure company's Work safe compliance is in order!

Total Remuneration Package offered for Right candidate for this Fencing General Labourer s up to $70K Salary Negotiable! Plus All Below Additional Salary Package Benefits

Superannuation ( Guaranteed) 12%

+ RDO x 1 a Month ( Under Building Construction Award)

+Travel /Fuel + Toll Allowance paid $30.00 per Worked Day

+ All Employee Public Holidays / 4 x Weeks Holiday Pay + 2 Weeks Personal Leave

Coinvest Portable Long Service Leave paid ( Under Building & Construction Award)

+ Overtime Rates Paid when required

Must have own reliable vehicle + mobile phone
