About the Role

We’re on the lookout for a motivated Trainee Pool Installer & an Experienced Machine Operator to join our dynamic team.

This is a hands on, full time role where you’ll gain practical skills across pool construction, machinery operation, and outdoor landscaping. You’ll be mentored by experienced installers and trained across all areas of our service offering, making this a great opportunity for someone eager to learn and grow in the trade.

Key Responsibilities

Assist with full pool installation process including excavation, shell placement, concreting, and landscaping

Operate machinery and drive Heavy Rigid Vehicles

Help prepare job sites and ensure clean up after completion

Load/unload tools, materials, and equipment

Follow all safety procedures and contribute to a positive team culture

Work collaboratively with the crew and supervisors on multiple job sites

What We’re Looking For

Keen to learn, with a strong work ethic

Enjoys physical, outdoor work in varying conditions

Experience with machinery is a bonus (not essential)

Manual driver’s licence and HR Licence needed

Reliable, punctual, and able to follow direction

Interest in construction, landscaping, or pool installation
