The Role

We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Labourer to support our installation team. You’ll play an essential role assisting with material handling, site preparation, and general labour tasks to help deliver outstanding glass fencing and balustrade installations.

Key Responsibilities

Load, unload, and transport materials and tools to and from job sites

Assist installers with carrying and positioning glass panels, balustrades, and fencing components

Prepare and clean job sites before and after installation

Maintain tools and equipment, ensuring cleanliness and readiness

Follow workplace health and safety procedures at all times

Support the installation team with general labour duties as required

What We’re Looking For

Physically fit and able to perform manual labour tasks consistently

Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic

Ability to work effectively as part of a team and take direction

Willingness to travel daily from Mooroolbark to sites across Melbourne

Basic construction site experience is an advantage, but not essential

A driver’s licence and own transport preferred
