About the role

KODA CUTTERS' is seeking enthusiastic and aspiring hairstylists to join our team as Apprentices across all year groups (1st, 2nd and 3rd year) and Salon Assistants. As part of our dynamic and creative team, you will have the opportunity to learn from our experienced stylists and grow your skills in a vibrant, fast-paced salon environment located in the heart of Bondi Beach and Sydney CBD, NSW.

What you'll be doing

Assisting senior stylists with client consultations, cut, colour and styling services

Undertaking theoretical and practical training to develop your hairdressing expertise

Maintaining a high standard of hygiene and cleanliness in the salon

Providing exceptional customer service to our diverse clientele

Participating in team meetings and training sessions to continuously improve your skills

What we're looking for

A strong passion for the hair and beauty industry

Enthusiasm to learn and develop your hairdressing skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

A creative flair and an eye for detail

Commitment to providing exceptional customer service

For apprenticeship roles, you should meet the minimum education and age requirements set by the relevant governing body
