We are looking for someone who radiates warmth, confidence, and professionalism - a charismatic team member who naturally connects with others and understands the importance of personal presentation in a luxury retail setting.

Ideally a full-time team member, you’ll become a familiar and trusted presence in-store, helping us build lasting relationships with our valued clients.

You’ll be passionate about delivering exceptional service, with outstanding communication skills that shine both in person and through written contact such as SMS and email follow-ups.

We're seeking someone with:

A bubbly, friendly, and outgoing personality that lights up the room.

Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to approach and engage customers.

Attentiveness, to be able to listen to customers and be able to offer solutions.

Attention to detail so you have the ability to accurately assess jewellery repairs, possess the ability to listen accurately to details for quotes and to engage and listen closely to clients design briefs for custom design jewellery.

A genuine passion for jewellery and interest in expanding your knowledge in jewellery products and services.

A great work ethic

Flexibility. This role is for a minimum of 28 hours per week (up to approximately 38 hours per week for a well suited applicant), including Saturdays.

Your Role:

Create an exceptional customer experience by providing expert advice and guidance.

Build relationships with clients and help them select meaningful and timeless jewellery pieces, including engagement rings.

Create lasting in store experiences with each client, especially bridal and custom design clients.

Maintain a high standard of professionalism, presentation, and knowledge.

Collaborate with the team to achieve sales targets and maintain the store's beautiful aesthetic.

What You'll Need:

One year previous experience in retail or sales, jewellery experience preferred.

A flair for style and a passion for the finer things.

Ability to learn quickly. We use a jewellery specific retail POS, Microsoft skills are expected, and you should also have a firm understanding of E-Commerce.
