They seek a highly motivated Senior Commercial Finance Analyst to join their dynamic Finance team. This pivotal role will support the Commercial Finance Manager by providing financial leadership, driving business growth, and ensuring strategic decisions that deliver value for the business.

Key Responsibilities

As a Senior Commercial Finance Analyst, your responsibilities will include:

• Serving as a trusted finance advisor to both business and finance stakeholders.
• Contributing directly to foundation investment, strategy, business planning, and capital-raising efforts.
• Designing and maintaining a driver-based model to translate business initiatives into financial objectives.
• Supporting the monthly closing, quarterly forecasting, and annual budgeting processes through analysis of P&L and cash flow.
• Providing timely and accurate financial insights to inform investment and business planning decisions.

The ideal candidate will possess:

• A Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Commerce, or a related field.
• Completion of CA or CPA qualifications.
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; knowledge of Oracle is advantageous.
• Strong analytical capabilities with the ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders.
• Experience with financial modelling and managing capital-intensive projects.
