Our client is a leading Australian FMCG Industry leader, they’re looking for a commercially minded Senior Analyst to partner with the sales & marketing team.
This role is key in driving strategic initiatives, financial performance, top line growth, partnering with Senior stakeholders and executives, and supporting long term growth journey.

Responsibilities:

• Effective Finance business partnering, building close relationship to Divisional Operations Leaders and local Finance teams to add value and insight
• P&L Management: Monitor Profit & Loss performance, offering insights for improvement.
• Financial Analysis & Reporting: Conduct analysis, prepare reports, and present findings to senior management.
• Process Improvement: Enhance financial processes to streamline reporting and forecasting.
• Help to drive collaboration efforts between Sales, Finance and Operations, facilitating improved communication and collaboration, driving revenue growth initiatives

Qualifications:

• CA or CPA qualifications
• FMCG/Manufacturing experience will be high regarded
• 3-5 years commercial experience.
• Experience using Power BI preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Strong communications skills to build relationships with stakeholders
