Commercial Finance Analyst - Professional Services
Location: North Sydney (Hybrid)
Salary: $115,000 + Super
Type: Permanent, Full-Time

We're partnering with a global professional services organisation that is seeking a commercially minded Commercial Finance Analyst to join their high-performing finance team. This role offers excellent exposure across multiple business units and the opportunity to influence strategic decision-making.

About the Role

This position will support budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis functions, with a strong focus on identifying new revenue streams and providing actionable insights to senior stakeholders. You'll be part of a collaborative and globally connected finance function.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with budgeting and forecasting cycles
• Deliver financial analysis to support commercial decisions
• Develop clear and concise KPI and financial reporting
• Partner with sales, operations, legal, and marketing teams
• Build financial models to support new initiatives and business cases
• Provide ad hoc analysis and reporting as required

About You

• Proven experience in a commercial finance or FP&A role
• Strong Excel and data visualisation skills (Power BI desirable)
• CA/CPA qualified (or working towards)
• Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills
• Background in professional services or complex, fast-paced environments preferred
