Administration Officer - Engineering

Fixed Term Part Time (15.2 hours per week) until 7 August 2026

Location: Morwell, Victoria

Hourly Rate: $36.15 - $38.55 plus 12% superannuation

We have an exciting opportunity for an Administration Officer to join Engineering Services Team on a temporary part time basis until August 2026.

About the role

You will play a vital role in providing administrative and customer service support as well as managing requests and applications from internal and external stakeholders. You will handle document and task management, ensuring accurate record-keeping in Council systems, and contribute to the smooth operation of the engineering services team.

About You

We are seeking someone with strong administration skills, a passion for customer service and a proven ability to build positive stakeholder relationships. You must have a sharp eye for detail and have experience in accurate record management.

You will also need:

• Certificate in Business Administration OR minimum 2 years relevant experience.
• Previous administration experience.
• Current Victorian Driver's License.

The preferred candidate must be willing to obtain a satisfactory National Police Check and Working with Children's Check.
