We’re looking for a vibrant, confident and charismatic Host to lead the newly refurbish front of house at Meat Flour Wine Braeside.

What You’ll Do:

Manage and allocate bookings to maximise capacity. Strategically seat guests to balance all sections for smooth service.

Keep the floor flowing — direct juniors, reset tables quickly, assist the team where needed.

Check in with guests, mingle between bookings and make every arrival feel special.

Step in after final seating to help the team finish strong.
