The Role
We are looking for an experienced and friendly section waiter, with experience in a busy yet refined dining experience. As a waiter you will deliver an exceptional guest experience, by guiding them through our menu by Michelin star chef Matt Lambert and our extensive wine list curated by master sommelier, Cameron Douglas. This role is for 30-38 hours per week, however part time roles are also available for those interested.
To be successful in this role you will need to:
have a minimum of 1 year experience as a section waiter
Have weekend availability
have excellent customer service and a high service standard
be warm and personable, with a passion for delivering memorable customer experiences
have excellent personal presentation
have basic wine knowledge
be fluent in English
be a team player

The premium beverage offering will be accompanied by an Italian inspired menu featuring house-made pasta and all day aperitivi.
