The Opportunity
The growth of our fast-paced, growing practice now calls for a hands-on, experienced Practice Manager to bring your skills to the role and make it your own. Supported by a friendly, collaborative team, your responsibilities will include:
Overseeing day-to-day operations of a surgical implant-focused practice
Staff management, development, and motivation
HR and rostering
Procurement and purchasing
Planning and scheduling across surgical and restorative workflows
Maximising workflow efficiency across the practice
Developing and implementing streamlined processes
Monitoring performance to ensure high-quality standards and continuous improvement
About You
This role will suit a professional who is:
An excellent communicator with the ability to engage and inspire a high-performing team
Experienced in dental practice management
Confident managing the operational needs of a fast-paced, growing practice
Skilled in improving systems, enhancing productivity, and ensuring measurable outcomes
Experienced with Dental4Windows (D4W) highly regarded
Motivated to contribute ideas that drive growth and enhance the patient experience
